I’m anxious this morning and i can’t shake it. I have thought hard on it and it is surely work related. I went over on my time last week by two hours. I’m surely going to hear about it. Plus there are two people out today and tomorrow and I’m still unclear on how working in the field we fit in those clients. I know when we were working from home it was easy. I’m going to try something different and meditate before work…. find my center. I am not good at meditation but then again i give up quickly and it’s a skill you hone right?
