I have recently wanted to learn and incorporate tarot info my belief system. I did some research and did my first real reading with hand in hand cards. I got my interpretation and then asked a Facebook group what they see. So far one person interpretation is about the future week and something going wrong. So now I’m freaking out mentally on what it could be full knowing it’s subjective.

I’m not using it as a way to predict my future but as a way to be enlightened anyway i regret posting it and wandering if it’s for me

  1. Not really compatible for anxiety disorders. We absolutely do not need help being paranoid. Just gotta find a way to make it help more than it hurts.💜

  2. Something going wrong in the upcoming week is vague enough that it’s probably true for at least 99% of people, and could be something as simple as Starbucks putting the wrong flavour syrup in your coffee.

  3. Tarot can be helpful for emotional mirroring if you’re having trouble putting words to your emotions. I did learn to avoid tarot when I have anxiety because bad cards can make it worse.
