Well this title for me should be i can’t get out of my head though today is better. I sleep through two alarms but thankfully woke up in time. I’m just trying to stay busy. I keep thinking it’s Friday.
When i get caught up in my head its a mess. I don’t know how to cope. I just exist at those moments and get emotionally paralyzed.
But thankfully today is better. I just have to wade through work and wait for tomorrow to get to the weekend.
