What if

What if i got better? What if i didn’t have persistent anxiety? What if i didn’t want it all to end sometimes? How awesome would that be?

I sit here not terribly depressed and anxiety slight. Not bad for a Monday. Still is rather be asleep. It seems that’s all i want to do lately. I can’t seem to break the cycle.

  1. I think it’s hitting some of us harder as we exit summer and enter fall. That seaonal shift gets me every year even when I know it’s coming…it’s like wtf? Ohh, right, no wonder I feel off.

  2. It true about the seasonal shift as we are on the other side and I have more energy now.. don’t be too tough on yourself, that said movement and exercise does help sometimes but Mars is retrograde now so a lot of people are feeling that way..

      1. Well if you’re better, then you’re also worse, and if you’re worse, you’re also better. Otherwise being better would have zero meaning at all! 🧐🤔
