And I’m still a hamster on a wheel going no where. I took a course on what cbt therapy is. I wish my therapist who tried it on me explained it better that’s what she was doing. I might have been successful.
There is these ideas called cognitive distortions and i do most of them. Ten to be exact and i relate to all. I catastrophize like no ones business. I totally do should statements and i can negatively read a mind like no ones business.
Once again though not sure how to make positive changes. I’m going to dig out my old print out homework this weekend and see if that makes a difference.
