Better life

I know I just posted but I’ve got a few minutes before my facial and felt like posting πŸ˜€

Today I’m not sorry I have a mental illness. It makes me who I am. I feel this weight lifted off me. I have two weeks to a better life. I know it will be difficult some days to sustain it but I’m ready for the challenge. God has blessed me. I’m so thankful.

  1. Every kind of illness makes us more human, understand, and tolerant. Nowadays I too feel I’m becoming little paranoid and having panic attacks. I accept and trying meditation, meditation music helps too. Acceptance is the first step toward getting better, brave girl.
