How do you figure out your needs? I need to stop stressing over every little thing. I need to get my finances in order. I need to be more assertive. Ok so figured them out… Now what? I’m having a pity party kind of day I think. It’s just seems so clear that these mental health issues aren’t getting any better. When do I get to recover?
