I woke up with anxiety today. Just you know a regular day. It isn’t horrible but of course I hate the feeling. I’ve been using mindfulness to not judge it and realize it will pass. It doesn’t mean something bad will happen. It’s just something internally I go through. Thankfully the work day is almost over just two more hours. I got this 🙂 I could really live without the anxiety though. Oh well… Must accept and learn to deal with it constructively.
