Hell

Posted on

I feel like I’m in hell. I’ve been sick with a sore throat and I hate my new position. I feel stuck. I slept twelve hours yesterday when I got home from work. I just want to sleep my life away. I’m trying to stay positive I promise it’s just hard.

Sleeping can be such a great escape from the world. I feel like I could sleep for days if it was socially acceptable. I’m sorry things are difficult for you right now and I hope they get better.

I don’t know how to fix it without doing something drastic.

Me either. I’m at a place that should be fun as heck and I’m just so sad.

So sorry to hear things aren’t going great. Why don’t you try go for a lovely walk, and perhaps meditate? Learning to meditate truly helped me clear my mind of all negative thoughts and learn to just focus on the present moment. I hated my job too when I started earlier this year, and would sit all night dreading getting up the next morning , and was already seeing the day unfold in my mind- it was so depressing. Look into the book The Miracle Morning by Hal Alrod- it changed my life for the better πŸ™‚ All the best and chin up, make a list of all the things you are grateful for- that normally works for me too πŸ™‚
