I agree. I hate anxiety so much.
I can’t get away from it 😦 it lingers like a bad ex
I’m learning that anxiety is just a mental issue that we can only control. Of course no one may not understand us, but I know deep down we have the power to break free from it by making it in this life each and everyday. As much stress may cause us yes we will feel down here and there but don’t you know when the next day comes it feels like we are doing just fine. If you think about it its not the meds people take for it. And it’s not the doctors who treat us for it. Its God working with us letting us know that everything is going to be alright because he is the main one taking care of us. Yes I want to throw away depression, anxiety, and stress. But I believe I can make it through this with the help of the Lord.
Stay Blessed & Stay Encouraged
I’m with you. Anxiety is so hard to deal with. so debilitating. xx
