Stigma

I posted this on my fb. It gives me some anxiety as I have co workers on my page. I’m not in the closet about my mental health but I’ve learned sharing can not always mean caring. Other then that I feel good today. I was actually motivated to cook for my husband before he left for work. I call that a success. Now if only I can find the motivation to clean the house.

Hi Angela! πŸ™‚ Glad to hear you are feeling good today. xo One thing at a time! Cooking is definitely a success. I love food so when I am not cooking it or eating it lol something is up. I hear you about the “sharing can not always mean caring”. I have realized that being true to myself and honest with others is not always appreciated and I’m not gonna lie….it hurts… but that being said communication about mental illness is so important if we want to chip away at the stigma that goes with it. I am glad you are sharing your voice πŸ™‚ Since I am here, I want to let you know that I am trying my hand at hosting guest bloggers all next week (starting Monday) and would love to showcase your blog if you’re interested πŸ™‚ You can submit a new post or an older one doesn’t matter. Have an awesome rest of your day! πŸ™‚ xo

I hope that house got cleaned and your feng shui went through the roof! Nothing like the feeling of an uncluttered space to unclutter our minds:).
