Live for the now

I totally need to work continually on mindfulness. I realized in therapy I’m getting better at it. So that’s a good thing. I have a stressful meeting in an hour. I’m not sure how it will go but I have my ducks in a row as much as I can. I’m trying to be mindful that this is a moment in time and will be over soon. Of course not soon enough as I have an hour to wait lol.

    I hope your presentation went well.
    I think we all have to work on being mindful. I have to work to be present and not “want something other than what exists in the present moment”, but when I do I’m less anxious and I’m able to cope better with the issues in my life.

    Mindfulness is a hard one. I often find myself wishing time to go faster to get over one thing or another , but then that time is lost. I’m glad it went ok 🙂
