Suicidal thoughts

I had a twinge today to cut my wrists. When I get this feeling I’m trying to re teach my brain to focus on the why. It has to do with my current family situation and the anxiety of it all. I’m not going to do it but for a couple minutes I wanted too.

Anyway this post isn’t for attention just to document the “event” and how I moved past it.

What tricks do you have to cope with dark thoughts?

    i unfortunately tend to compulsively eat something with high sugar content as a distraction…i would like to learn more techniques

      I do that too. I don’t have any answers on how to stop it 😦
