Kind of where I am today. My biggest enemy is my own mind. Some might say I’m self absorbed but really isn’t ourselves all we have?

I don’t think caring for ourselves is being self absorbed. If you don’t take care of you, who will!
Agreed 🙂 but when are we to much in our own heads?
We are too much in our own heads when we lose empathy for others.
I think with bpd we are empathetic people but we occasionally lose it when are disorder gets in the way. Not an excuse just my perception
I get told constantly that I have no empathy for people. However, I don’t agree with those that say that, because they don’t know me.
I think its sometimes hard to realise how much those around you care about you, you are not self absorbed but perhaps need to look outwardly a little more to notice how much you are appreciated? the ramblings of one man 😉
Hmmmm you might be right. I’ll try it. Thanks
